She set up Karthiga’s Resources Sdn. Bhd in 2000 and has spent over 20 years in entrepreneurship. She leads as the President for Women’s Interest Network Society, Malaysia. She is also a renowned and successful public speaker and coach, has written three books entitled Innate Light, Bionic Woman, and Unlimited Intelligence to help people learn more about how to empower their innate potentials to take control of their work and lives. Has conducted many seminars and talks for SME’s include Business Start-Up’s, GLC’s, Government, NGO’s and the general public in Malaysia. She has participated in several talk-shows and appeared on Radio and Television and has touched the lives of more than 30,000 SME’s, adults and children.
